should I call/see the dr??

I am 24 weeks pregnant and last night was having what I thought to be braxton hicks contractions. I had them every few minutes and they got to be a bit uncomfortable. not PAINFUL...but a little painful. know what I mean??? I got very little sleep because they persisted all night...and was still having them when I woke up this morning....but have not had any in the last 40 minutes. Should I just wait this out and see if they come back or should I go ahead and call? I don't have any insurance until AFTER tomorrow so I am scared to go in and have a butt load of tests run for nothing....but then again, this is my baby we are talking about. I dunno...what do you think???

Turns out I have a bladder infection and that is causing me to have contractions :rolleyes: so thankfully there is nothing really wrong. I have not dilated at all so that is great news.
