I believe there is NO such thing as a fun way too loose weight... you either have to fit time in for excercise or deprive yourself of the lovely foods that make your long day of feeds, nappy changes, drool and teething troubles float away... :( Aside from long walks with baby in the stroller I can't think of anything. I'd like to say I'd go the gym if I had someone to sit Amelia but I know I'm kidding myself... heck, if I had a couple of hours free to myself I wouldn't be headed to the gym! Oh well... I guess the extra couple of lbs will drop off when Amelia starts crawling and I'm chasing about after her!

I dunno, I sort of disagree. While it's hard to find the time, I really do enjoy exercising.............once I get started.
One fun thing to do is turn on some music fairly loud and just dance around the house while you clean. Kill 2 birds with one stone so to speak. If the kids are toddlers or older, they'll have fun doing this with you as well.
If you have a nintendo Wii, you can purchase the Wii fit. It's an interactive video game designed to burn fat and help you lose weight.
My favorite is circuit training. This is VERY effective and it's NOT time consuming. Basically uou combine muscle building exercises with cardio activity. It works like this.
60 second of jumping jacks
60 second of push ups
60 seconds of runing in place
60 seconds of squats
etc.
You rotate between cardio and toning going back and forth until you've targeted all mucles. You keep your heart rate up and drop weight easily (as long as you eat healthy too).
I tend to a eat a lot of yogurt, granola, whole wheat, and salad.

Okay doing that doesn't seem so bad... I can dance to music while cleaning and it seems Amelia finds this funny and it makes her giggle! :) I've just moved Amelia into her own room and I've been running up and down the stairs checking on her because I get paranoid! That's two things without really trying.
I'm going to starting doing your idea next week and skip out the unhealthy foods too.

I heard the wii are really good. A lot of the nursing homes around here have them for their patients.
