Have you ever wanted a boy or a girl? Well, when I was pregnant I was hoping I will have a girl as my hubby had already a boy that lives with us full time. I was secretly wishing I would have a girl, but obviously my hubby's genes have taken over.
So I have reaserched the net and found a method to choose the sex of the baby(mostly because in the begining one of my best friends asked me too)It's almost 100% accurate. It's called PGD. If you want to know more about it just let me know and I will post in here.
I decided I want to have it done so I will have a girl next time, which I am hoping it will be next year sometime in the summer. It's expensive and only done in the USA but well worth it.I have to add that this type of procedure is illegal in the UK but legal in the USA and Mexico

I remember you saying about want a girl when you were pregnant with baby Alex. I'd like to read the info... I'm not sure whether I agree with it or not, but I'm not in your situation. I was fortunate enough to be blessed with a little girl like I wanted.

I would like to read the information and she how the process worked as I've not read anything about it.

I decided to go for PGD/IVF and MICROSORT and also instead of the rest of the eggs that I will not use, be thrown away, I have decided to donate them to couples that can't have babies.

You can find the info here: www.havingbabies.com - Gender Selection (http://www.havingbabies.com/gender-selection.html)

Tell me your oppinion about it.

Yeah I just read that.... It's not something that I would personally have done, but if you get a little baby girl like you wanted then that's great! :D

WoW I never heard of this.....don't think I would go that far but to each their own. I did read something interesting on why a couple would want this done is because they didn't want to pass on a gender disease on. I personally know a couple that if she produces GIRLS that its a 99 percent chance that they will have down syndrome but if she produces boys that they will be perfectly fine, so I can see them doing something like this just to produce BOYS.

Me and my hubby decided that after we have 2 and lets say they are BOYS we MAY try again for a 3rd but if that is a boy thats it but hopefully I'll get my lil girl after 3 tries :o

Yea I'm kinda wishing for a girl by first go round because my family are so prone to boys because I know if I have a girl first my next is bound to be a boy

My BF's Dad has 3 boys and his Mum has 4 boys. There is no one else who had children in my family other than my parents and there are no girls in his family at all so we assumed I would have a boy... but I got my girl and BF's SIL in expecting a girl in 18 days too.

So you may be surprised! :D
