Baby Contests...

What do you all think to baby contest? You know like cutest baby, baby of the year, etc?

Our local town paper is holding the Baby of The Year contest next month and the photos for the entrys are being done these next couple of weeks. I'm entering because the prize is awesome and I wanted to get some professional photos done of her anyway so I can get them done at a reduced rate.

What's everyones opinions on them though? :confused:

If you have the time and want to do it then go for it as long as it's not costing you big bucks.

Nope, the photos are a reasonable rate for this one... plus she gets her picture in the paper. :rolleyes:

I say go for it if it's something you want. I see nothing wrong with it. I started modeling when I was an infant. It was a lot for my mom to handle (takin gme too and from all my shoots, dealing with me being fussy, etc) but I stuck with it well into my 20's so clearly it was worth the hardwork she put into it.
