Thumbs up Bumbo Baby Seat

What does everyone think of the Baby Bumbo Seat??? I have brought it yesterday from MotherCare for Alex and he really loves it. Your baby needs to be able to keep his head and have a bit of strenght first before he can use but Alex is almost there...LOL

Amelia sits in one of these at Baby Group and she loves it! She's very nearly sitting up on her own too now and I think this helps her.

Yeah I think this seat is helping them. And I am glad to see another good review for this product.

I must admit, I wouldn't of just gone and bought one cuz I didn't think there was any point but now I've actually got to use one with her I can recommend it.

Never used one with mine. I think it came to the states towards the end of my son's first year. My niece has one and it was good.

At what age are the chairs good to use? Tess can almost sit up on her own now so should I still get one of these chairs?

I decided to buy one last week Shana... Amelia can nearly sit up on her own too but this way I can sit her in it and then I know that should she loose her balance she's not going to fall. They are expensive over here but Amelia spent most of last weekend sitting in it watching us in the garden.

Smile

Someone gave me a Bumbo when Lucia was born and I thought it was really good. She never used to really like laying on the floor (because she was nosey and liked to see what was going on!) She managed to sort of stretch her legs out straight and pop out of it once though and was on the floor before I could grab her! xxx
